Bollywood actress Rani Mukherji has paid 33 lakh for a for a farmland in Shirdi Near Maharashtra from a farmer called Sampat More. The land actually belongs to government and now the deal has been declared as legally void. Rani has also paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.32 lakh for registration but the ownership of the land could not be transferred to her name because the tehsildar said it was government land leased out to a farmer.Rani Mukherjee sold Taj Mahal in the movie Bunty aur Bubly and now its her turn in real life.
