The most controversial pair of Bollywood, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are working together again in Ajab Hai Ishq directed by the Javed. Salman has already agreed for the movie but there is no official confirmation from Ashwarya Rai. The last movie they acted together was Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and since then the saga of Salman - Ash controversies begun. This movie also seems to portray the real love story between Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai
The lovely couple will be seen onscreen very soon again in Mani Ratnam’s Raavan. This will be the third film of Aishwarya Rai with Mani Rathnam after Iruvar and Guru. The movie is a present day version of Ramayana wherein Abhishek is playing the role of Raavan who kidnaps Aishwarya. It seems like its becoming a trend to produce a present day version of old epics like the one we recently had Devdas in the name of Dev D. Another highlight of this movie will be the music which is scored by Oscar award winner A.R. Rehman. It is also heard that Abhishek lost 15 kgs weight for this movie, what he did was exactly opposite last time at the time of Guru. Raavan also stars South Indian super star Vikram, Govinda and Manisha Koirala in the lead roles and is also simultaneously made in Tamil as Ashokavanam. Mani Ratnams’s wife Suhasini Mani Ratnam will also be seen in a cameo role in this movie.
