Controversial actress of Sankranthi fame Neha Patil has bagged another Kannada movie offer titled Sithara. This movie is family entertainer and directed by Mustan and stars Harish Raj and Dilip Raj in the lead role. Sankranti music is scored by SP Chandrakanth.

Gandu is directed by Q commonly known as Quashik Mukherjee or Kaushik Mukherjee who is always different in his own way. The movie has been selected for the South Asian International Film Festival in New York and remains highly acclaimed in Berlin Film Festival. Probably this is the only Indian Movie which has been invited to more than 25 Film Festivals. After the success of Yamla Pagla Deewana Sunny Deol is now confident of making sequels of some of his hit movies. He is planning the sequel of his all time hit movie Ghayal which was released in 1990. The original movie was directed by Rajkumar Santoshi where as Sunny Paji has opted Ashwini Chaudhary for the sequel. He is also planning for the sequel of his recent block buster Yamla Pagla Deewana.
